Warehouse & Logistics CoordinatorMedical Device Company – Supplying NHS & Private Healthcare (UK)UK-based medical device company supplying products to NHS Trusts and private healthcare providers nationwide. Operating within a regulated environment, they are committed to ensuring a secure, compliant, and uninterrupted supply of critical medical devices that support patient care across the UK.They are seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to take operational responsibility for warehouse management and logistics coordination, ensuring efficient stock control, compliant processes, and reliable delivery to healthcare customers.The RoleThis is a broad, operational role responsible for the complete warehouse lifecycle — from procurement through to final delivery to NHS and private hospital customers.You will assist in daily warehouse operations, maintain accurate stock control, ensure regulatory compliance, and support logistics process where required.You will work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesFull Warehouse OperationsAssist in the ownership of daily warehouse activitiesManage goods-in processes, including receipt, inspection, and verificationEnsure correct batch/lot control and product traceabilityOrganise safe and compliant storage of medical devicesAssist in picking, packing, and dispatch processesPrepare accurate shipping documentationConduct cycle counts and periodic stock takesInvestigate and resolve stock discrepanciesMaintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environmentEnsure health 'safety standards are upheldLogistics CoordinationCoordinate outbound shipments to NHS Trusts and private hospitalsLiaise with couriers and freight providersMonitor delivery schedules and resolve shipment issuesSupport inbound deliveries from UK or overseas suppliersMaintain appropriate shipping and import documentation where applicableInventory & Systems ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records within ERP or stock management systemsMonitor stock levels and support replenishment planningManage stock rotation and shelf-life control where requiredEnsure full traceability in line with regulatory requirementsRegulatory & Quality ComplianceEnsure warehouse activities comply with, Good Distribution Practice (GDP)Maintain warehouse documentation and SOPsSupport audits and inspectionsAssist with product recall processes if requiredEssential Requirements3+ years’ experience in warehouse and logistics operationsStrong hands-on warehouse operations experienceExperience with EPR stock control and inventory systemsHigh attention to detail and organisational skillsAbility to manage priorities and work to deadlinesExcellent communication skillsDesirableExperience supplying NHS or healthcare customers (medical or regulated industry desirable).Exposure to import/export documentationWhat We OfferCompetitive salaryPension contributionPrivate healthcareProfessional development opportunitiesA meaningful role supporting patient care across the UK
