With a team thats doubled in size in the past 5 years, an expanding customer base both in the UK and overseas, as well as some big new projects in the pipeline, 2026 is looking like an exciting year.About the role:Were looking for a motivated graduate to join our clients Quality team in a hands-on role with real scope to grow. This position is ideal for someone at the start of their career who wants more than a box-ticking QA admin job and is keen to develop long-term within food manufacturing.Youll begin by learning the fundamentals of Quality Assurance on site, supported by an experienced and highly practical manager, before having the opportunity to progress into Quality, NPD, or even a blend of both.Who we're looking for:This role is as much about attitude and potential as it is about qualifications. Were keen to hear from candidates who:Is a graduate or recent graduate in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related scientific disciplineIs curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in learning and developingIs confident communicators with strong attention to detailIs organised and able to manage their workload independentlyIs comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit teamCan be assertive in a positive, constructive way when requiredDoes NOT require Visa sponsorship either now or in the future - this is a client that can not offer sponsorship Key Responsibilities:Initially, the role will focus on QA administration and site-based quality activities, including:Carrying out quality checks within productionCompleting site hygiene auditsSending laboratory samples and reporting resultsPreparing and typing Certificates of Analysis (COAs)Supporting compliance and documentation processesCommunicating professionally with suppliers and customersAs you develop, there will be opportunities to move into areas such as:Internal and external auditingSupplier managementNew Product Development (NPD)Broader quality and compliance responsibilitiesTeam & Culture:Youll report directly to an experienced manager who is known for their hands-on training and support and you'll be working closely with the production team.A good attitude, personality, and willingness to learn will be highly valued.
