This includes, but is not exclusive to, Housing Associations, Local Authorities and Managing Agents.Further information about us and our work is available atChirpy Heat .The RoleThe Heat Network Consultant will help lead the work of Chirpy Heat, developing and delivering projects, as well as providing support to others.While this is a full-time role, we also welcome applications from people looking for part-time, compressed or flexible hours, with a minimum contract of 4 days / 30 hours per week.All our staff work at least some of the time at home. We have an office in Southwell, Nottinghamshire, however many of our team are located across the UK and work remotely.The BenefitsIn addition to an attractive salary, we also offer all staff an attractive benefits package which includes:6% contribution to your pensionDiscretionary profit and performance-related annual bonusFlexible working with time off in lieu25 days leave, bank holidays, an additional day off for your birthday, a volunteering day, plus an additional 3 Christmas closing daysOpportunity to work abroad two weeks per yearOpportunity to join our private medical insurance schemeCycle to work and EV car leasing schemesLearning and training opportunities to meet your ongoing development needsSalary dependant on experience (£30,000-£50,000)Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject DeliveryLeading and Delivery of multiple Chirpy Heat projects.Detailed assessment of information and data to create in-depth analysis, reports and action plans for clients.Presentation of analysis and reports to clients and engagement with their teams for feedback on projects as they develop.Reporting to the Chirpy Heat team on project progress, identifying any client and resource issues.Presentation and delivery of engaging training sessions and briefings on heat network regulations and the key operational, compliance, and management considerations.Time and budget management.Team ApproachCollaboration across the Chirpy Heat team to prioritise and deliver projects and services to a high standard and on time.Maintain effective working relationships with clients and colleagues, including attending meetings, producing activity and progress reports and identifying opportunities to exceed client requirements.Support our Client Relationship Directorate by working with potential new clients/contacts and providing excellent project support.Contribute to the strategy of the business, making suggestions for innovation and further improving the services provided.Attend networking events and liaise with external partners to represent and promote Chirpy Heat and our clients.Speak and present at relevant events and conferences.Contribute to our case studies, website, blog and social media content.Knowledge & UnderstandingThis role is focussed on delivering excellent consultancy services to our existing and new clients. Housing and heat network knowledge is desirable.
