Work closely with the Divisional Director of Operations and Divisional Medical Director to communicate strategic priorities and align them with the Trust strategy. Translate Trust strategic objectives into an effective operational plan, considering local and national frameworks. Take operational management lead for commissioning/contracting processes related to CDC activity.Person Specification EssentialEducation to a masters degree level or equivalent experience. Recognised post‑graduate management qualification or equivalent experience. Significant general and operational management experience, including leading large multi‑disciplinary NHS groups. Proven record of managing significant operational/strategic change while maintaining high‑quality service provision. Experience in building and maintaining effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams. Ability to develop staff potential through training, development and education initiatives. Strong leadership and influencing skills. Sound budgetary management experience. Experience in service redesign and project management.DesirableExperience working with external organisations (GP practices, social services, community services, local authority, etc.).
