Job Title: Occupational Therapist (School-Based)Location: London (across multiple sites)Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (pro rata, depending on experience)Contract: Term Time Only | Permanent | Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our school-based therapy team, supporting children and young people across our London sites. This is a term-time-only position, offering an excellent work–life balance while making a meaningful impact on students' development and wellbeing.You will work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, families, and external professionals to deliver high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that enable students to access learning and achieve their full potential.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver specialist occupational therapy assessments and interventions within school settingsDevelop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with EHCP outcomesProvide direct therapy sessions (1:1 and group) focusing on sensory integration, fine and gross motor skills, functional independence, and emotional regulationContribute to annual reviews and multidisciplinary meetingsOffer training, guidance, and practical strategies to school staff and familiesMaintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with professional standardsAbout YouQualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registrationExperience working with children and young people, ideally within school or SEN settingsStrong understanding of sensory processing, neurodevelopmental conditions, and EHCP frameworksExcellent communication and collaborative working skillsAbility to travel across London sitesWhat We OfferSalary up to £45,000 (term-time only, pro rata if applicable)Term-time-only contract – enjoy school holidays offSupportive, multidisciplinary team environmentOpportunities for continued professional developmentThis is a fantastic opportunity for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about supporting children and young people in an educational setting and is looking for a rewarding, term-time-only role across London.To apply, please submit your CV and a short supporting statement outlining your suitability for the role.
