Staff retention is strong, and many commercial professionals have progressed into senior leadership and other areas of the business.The RoleThis position sits between the commercial department and project management teams, acting as a key commercial lead across both 2 frameworks.While pricing capability is important, this role is more about commercial leadership — taking ownership of projects, supporting delivery teams, and confidently driving commercial performance.You will not simply be handed drawings and told to price a job.
