Established in 2012, we partner with startups, scale-ups and enterprise businesses to build high-performing teams across Cloud, Platform, Software, Data and Security.Our average placement fee is £13k, with uncapped commission at 25% and no threshold. This is a high-value, sales-led 360 role designed for recruiters who want both autonomy and serious earning potential.This is a strategic position where the Founder is looking for a senior recruiter to act as a genuine right-hand commercial partner. You will have autonomy to shape how you approach your market, with direct access to strategic decision-making.You will operate as a full 360 consultant, but this is not a transactional CV-slinging desk.
