We're recruiting on behalf of a vibrant, high-footfall shopping destination in North London for a Commercial & Tenant Experience Coordinator.This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of a busy and diverse retail environment. It's ideal for someone commercially minded, people-focused and proactive - someone who enjoys being on-site, building relationships and bringing ideas to life.You'll support the day-to-day management of a thriving shopping centre while leading on:Pop-ups, promotions and commercialisation opportunitiesTenant engagement and relationship managementPlacemaking, events and customer experience initiativesIncome generation across mall space, kiosks and car park activitySite standards, compliance and reportingYou'll act as a key point of contact for tenants, contribute to leasing decisions through trade data and feedback, and play an active role in ensuring the centre is safe, welcoming and commercially successful.
