You'll identify and qualify prospect requirements quickly and accurately, matching our services to their needs and guiding them from initial enquiry through to successful conversion.This is a consultative B2B sales role where your ability to understand business challenges, present tailored solutions, and confidently close deals will directly impact your earnings and career progression.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will represent Citation ISO professionally at all times, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate CRM records.Your responsibilities will include:Sales & Revenue GenerationAchieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets (revenue, conversion rates, product mix, quality, and productivity)Converting inbound and outbound sales leads via phoneIdentifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Citation GroupGenerating self-sourced leads and working outbound sales campaignsSelling additional services to existing clientsManaging accounts from initial enquiry to closePipeline & CRM ManagementMaintaining accurate and timely prospect, opportunity, and account records in SalesforcePreparing quotations and contracts via SalesforceConducting ongoing pipeline follow-up activityCompleting daily allocated prospect and pipeline callsCustomer Experience & Continuous ImprovementAdvising customers on the most suitable products for their businessResolving customer issues within contractual termsDelivering exemplary customer service throughout the sales processSharing ideas to improve conversion rates and sales effectivenessHighlighting process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experienceAbout YouWe are looking for a motivated, resilient and commercially focused B2B sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment.You will bring:Proven, demonstrable B2B sales experienceA strong track record of delivering against targetsExcellent pipeline management skillsStrong understanding of sales performance metricsConfident objection handling, negotiation and closing skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilityHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work autonomously and manage a high-volume workloadLogical thinking and strong numeracy skillsGood IT literacy (Salesforce experience advantageous)What We OfferWe believe high performance should be well rewarded:Competitive basic salary with OTE £50,000+5 weeks' holiday + 8 bank holidaysBirthday day offHoliday purchase schemeHoliday buy-back optionAdditional week's holiday for getting married"Pawternity" leave (1 paid day)Appy now for further information!
