Senior National Account Manager – Top 4 GroceryGlobal FMCG Leader | Hybrid (2–3 days HQ)£70,000–£85,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Full BenefitsWe are partnering with a globally recognised FMCG powerhouse to appoint a Senior National Account Manager to lead one of its most strategically significant UK grocery partnerships.This is not a transactional account role. It is a commercially critical position with full ownership of a Top 4 customer relationship, responsible for shaping long-term joint strategy, driving profitable growth, and influencing decisions at both UK and global level.The organisation operates across 100+ markets and manages a portfolio of category-leading brands across food, beverage, and personal care. Its commercial capability is widely regarded as best-in-class, with a consistent track record of developing senior leadership talent internally.For an experienced grocery operator, this represents the opportunity to step into a broader, more visible remit with genuine strategic weight.You will:Lead a Top 4 UK grocery account (Tesco, Sainsbury's, Asda or Morrisons) with full strategic and commercial accountabilityOwn the P&L, delivering sustainable revenue, margin, and share growthBuild and execute long-term joint business plans aligned to both customer and brand strategyInfluence pricing, promotional architecture, investment strategy and category developmentPartner cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Global stakeholdersOperate as a key voice within the commercial function, contributing to wider channel strategyThis role requires both external gravitas and internal influence.
