What You'll DoLead end-to-end sales execution for utility-scale and C&I projects, driving pipeline growth and delivering profitable, scalable solutions.Identify and qualify high-potential ESS opportunities through market intelligence, customer insights, and stakeholder engagement.Build and maintain strategic relationships with utilities, project developers, EPCs, and relevant government bodies to secure long-term partnerships.Own complex commercial negotiations, including pricing, payment terms, and risk allocation, ensuring alignment between customer needs and business objectives.Monitor competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and market dynamics to effectively position our solutions in a competitive landscape.Requirements5+ years of sales experience in energy storage, solar, or power electronics, with exposure to utility-scale and/or C&I projects.Proven capability in project-based sales, including pipeline development, bidding, negotiation, and deal closure.Strong understanding of EPC models, commercial structures, and pricing mechanisms in the Indian renewable energy market.Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and lead commercial negotiations independently.Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset; willing to travel as required.
