Sales & Marketing Director – FMCG / Product Brand£90,000 + Car Allowance + Benefits Harlow, Essex (On‐site 3 days + travel as required) - Shortlisting nowWe are recruiting a Sales & Marketing Director for a rapidly expanding, innovation‐driven product brand operating across retail, wholesale and online channels. This is a key board‐level leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion and commercial performance across the organisation. The ideal candidate will be a strategic yet hands‐on leader, experienced in high‐growth environments, acquisitions, and multi‐channel sales. You will lead a team of around 25 across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Amazon and New Product Development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the company's Sales & Marketing strategyLead and develop a multi‐disciplinary team across Sales, Marketing & NPDDrive revenue, market share, profitability and customer satisfactionIdentify and evaluate new markets, product opportunities and growth channelsLead acquisition strategy including market analysis, due diligence and integrationOversee brand positioning, marketing performance and digital strategyCollaborate with Finance, Operations and the SLT to ensure aligned commercial deliveryManage and optimise budgets for maximum ROISkills & Experience Required10+ years' experience in senior Sales & Marketing leadership rolesStrong background in FMCG or product‐based brand managementExperience across retail, wholesale and online sales channelsProven track record of driving growth, acquisitions and market expansionStrong commercial and financial acumenExcellent leadership, communication and negotiation skillsExperience managing multi‐disciplinary teamsStrategic thinker with a hands‐on, practical approachEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and act on opportunitiesSalary & Benefits£90,000£9k Car AllowanceCommission up to 10%Private Medical10% Employer Pension ContributionsCompetitive Benefits PackageOnsite Parking25 days holidayApply Today – shortlisting now!
