We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional content and unforgettable experiences.Join our creative, collaborative team and help shape the future of London Tech Leaders.The RoleAs the Account Executive you will work closely with the Head of Events and Sponsorship to build relationships with potential partners for the community, showcasing our incredible brand and community platform.You will work across multiple flagship events and ongoing community programmes throughout the year, developing long-term partnerships with technology vendors, consultancies, scale-ups, and enterprise brands.The role requires both account growth and proactive new business development, with a strong focus on consultative selling and relationship building.What You'll DoDrive sponsorship revenue across conferences, executive roundtables, and community initiativesDevelop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within the technology sectorGrow revenue from existing partners through strategic account managementUnderstand partner objectives and create tailored, value-driven sponsorship solutionsMaintain a strong understanding of the tech ecosystem, industry trends, and competitor activityWork closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to ensure they have all the information provided to deliver agreed deals.Identify prospective partners through market research, industry events, and outbound outreachRepresent London Tech Leaders professionally at events and networking opportunitiesMaintain perfect CRM hygiene & always be prepared for each day.Who You AreProven experience in B2B sales (ideally sponsorship, media, events, or technology solutions sales)Strong commercial awareness and consultative selling skillsComfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makersSelf-motivated, ambitious, and target-drivenExcellent communication and relationship-building abilitiesInterest in technology, innovation, and business communitiesA desire to grow and develop within a scaling organisationExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable in a super fast paced environment.Deadline-driven, proactive, and always thinking two steps aheadWhy You'll Love It HereHybrid working environment with a central London baseUncapped commission structure with clear earning potentialOngoing sales training and professional developmentOpportunity to play a key role in a growing, high-visibility tech communityClear career progression as the commercial team expandsA supportive, collaborative team that values creativity and initiative.Opportunities for rapid career growth and professional development.Enjoy flexible working, a vibrant team culture.
