The hospital is one of Medivet's 24-hour centres, and as a result Hendon also plays a key role in Medivet's broader network, offering referral-level facilities and opportunities to work on complex and varied cases.The group is also supported by its own pet blood bank, laboratory as well as other services. Hendon also has a spacious garden, two dedicated staff rooms, a close link to the station as well as a friendly and social team who enjoy their team nights out.It supports Medivet clinics in all of Northwest London but also the whole of Southern England, with interesting and complicated cases.This hospital is a beautiful purpose-built site, with 3 modern consult rooms, 2 high spec theatres, an in-house CT and MRI. The hospital treats many interesting neurology, medicine, surgical and other cases. Additionally, Hendon 24hr is equipped with endoscopy, arthroscopy, digital x-ray, ultrasound, multi-parameter monitors, in-house bloods and much more!The current team are really experienced, positive and knowledgeable. They are just looking for a positive, forward thinking and keen Partner to join them. An ideal candidate will be a keen leader with a love for orthopaedics, although this is not a requirement.The current team consists of 8 veterinary surgeons (including OOH vets), a large nursing team of 13 VNs and an experienced front of house team.Hendon has quick direct links into London.Backed by a Regional Network, Led by PartnersMedivet Hendon is part of a Partner-led regional network and currently acts as the local clinical hub. This means that many of the more complex and ECC caseloads are managed at this site.
