PE Global is currently recruiting for a National B2B Manager for an initial 12 month contract role with a leading multinational Pharma client.This candidate can be remote, with the occasional visit to the office when required.The Neuroscience Business to Business Manager role for the UK/ROI is an assignment focused on driving new business growth in the private healthcare sector for Alzheimer's care. Responsibilities include mapping business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring product access, leading cross-functional teams, and monitoring market trends, with desired competencies including key account management, private medical insurance experience, entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, and ethical conduct.Job ResponsibilitiesMapping private business opportunityDevelop and execute plans to maximize business opportunityBuild and maintain relationships with a defined number of key stakeholdersEnsure product is accessed by patients and HCPsBuild compliant and meaningful partnershipsReport clear & accurate data on performance. Facilitate business planning discussions to align strategies, allocate resources effectively, and support sustainable business growth.Lead internal cross functional team to achieve the national plan, partner with Consumer Experience team to ensure deployment of solutions in B2B channels.Partner with Neuroscience Account Managers to drive understanding of private providers and brand strategy, supporting a successful commercial environmentAbility to communicate data and value proposition as necessary to support product accessMonitor market trends, and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks within the pharmaceutical landscape.RequirementsKey Account and/or Business 2 business Management experience is desirable.Private Medical Insurance experience is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset in seizing opportunitiesSound commercial acumen and effective communicationDemonstrate a strong track record of auditable business growth in the healthcare market.Ethical conduct is a must.Interested candidates should submit an updated CV***Please note our client cannot assist with any visa sponsorship and candidates must have the correct visa to live and work in UK***
