This is a high-value, relationship-led BD role designed for experienced recruiters who want to focus purely on winning and growing accounts.This role exists to drive growth. You will focus entirely on winning new business, building senior client relationships and expanding accounts. Delivery is handled by an experienced recruitment team. Your job is to open doors, create opportunities and grow vacancy pipelines, positioning Prism as a long-term talent partner rather than a transactional supplier.You will have autonomy to shape how you approach the market, with direct access to the Founder for strategic alignment and commercial decision-making.You will be responsible for:Winning new client relationships within the technology spaceOpening and developing senior stakeholder relationships (CTOs, Heads of Engineering, Platform Leaders, IT Directors)Advising clients on hiring strategy, team structure, market conditions and talent availability, delivering a genuinely consultative serviceManaging and expanding existing accounts over timeIdentifying new markets, sectors and growth opportunitiesWorking closely with the Founder to shape BD strategy, pricing approach and go-to-market activityWorking collaboratively with delivery consultants to maximise account penetration and long-term partnership valueOwning and executing your own BD strategy aligned to monthly revenue targets, maintaining a strong pipeline and consistently generating commercial opportunitiesYou will not be expected to source or manage candidates.
