We are seeking a proactive and highly capable Multi-Skilled Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring seamless service delivery, operational safety, and outstanding customer satisfaction.Role OverviewMaintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and water treatment systemsEnsure all PPM and reactive tasks meet contract SLAsManage risk assessments, permits to work, and compliance documentationCollaborate closely with customers and subcontractorsUse CAFM systems for task management (Planon knowledge a plus)Provide technical support and quotations for chargeable workEmbrace a flexible, "can-do" attitude, willing to work beyond core skillsWhat We're Looking ForTime-served electrical tradesman with relevant certifications (C&G BS 7671, HVAP desirable)Experience with mechanical systems, water treatment, and L8 ACOPStrong health 'safety knowledge (IOSH Managing Safely preferred)Proficient in CAFM and mobile toolsReliable, confident, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
