We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Beauty Stylist Supervisor to join our team in Selfridges and at the Victoria Beckham Dover Street Store. This role will provide exceptional customer service and a unique experience for Victoria Beckham Beauty clients, ensuring the achievement of sales goals, execution of counter plans, and the growth of our clientele portfolios. Reporting to the Regional Manager, UK, this individual will assist in daily operations and partner with management to provide coaching and mentorship to our Beauty Stylists.The ideal candidate thrives in a luxury retail environment, brings strong artistry and selling expertise, and is eager to build best-in-class service standards that enable both our people and the business to succeed.Roles & ResponsibilitiesAssist in opening and closing activitiesPartner with management to provide coaching and mentorship to Beauty StylistsProvide exceptional customer service and experience to all clientsListen considerately to customer needs and create customized solutions that uphold the Victoria Beckham Beauty standardsAchieve sales goals and specific KPIs while striving to overachieve all standardsPartner with Counter Manager and Sales & Education to develop storytelling (especially around fragrance), artistry and service skillsBuild strong clientele by consistently communicating with clients, ensuring repeat business and replenishmentBook appointments to welcome new clients and engage existing clientsSupport the Counter Manager in executing events; creating an exciting and inviting luxury environmentComplete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate fashionUphold Victoria Beckham Beauty image and counter hygiene standardsAdhere to all VBB policies and best practices including Time & Attendance, Grooming, Meal & Rest Breaks, etcDevelop and maintain productive, professional and continuous relationships with the store team, department and broader VB teamProvide client feedback and recommendations to Counter Manager and broader VB teamSupport Counter Manager with proactive reporting, analysis, etcExperience2+yrs in sales, preferably in luxury and beautyMakeup artistry skills preferredPassionate about the luxury beauty environment, artistry and selling/clientelingDemonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional service to clientsProven ability to productively achieve goalsExceptional communication, relationship-building and strong problem solving skillsCollaborative and driven to succeed individually and as a teamSelf-reliant and driven - able to work in both a fast paced and slower environmentVictoria Beckham Beauty is built on the promise of high-performance beauty through Victoria's own discerning designer eye.
