Sales & Events ExecutiveAcross The Italian Greyhound, The Broadcaster & The Lighterman£40,000-42,000 (including service charge)This is an on-site role working across our London locations.We're looking for a Sales & Events Executive to join our growing sales team, someone organised, commercially curious, and excited to learn how exceptional events are built from the inside out. Working across The Italian Greyhound, The Broadcaster and The Lighterman, you'll support our Sales & Events Managers and report into our Head of Sales & Events.This is a foundational role within the team, designed for someone who wants to develop their sales expertise while gaining exposure to multi-site event coordination in a quality-led hospitality group. You won't be expected to lead the department, but you will be trusted with detail, accuracy and guest communication that directly supports revenue performance and event delivery.What You'll Be Responsible ForSupporting Pre-Booked SalesAssisting the Sales & Events Managers in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.Identifying opportunities to enhance guest experiences through thoughtful add-ons and menu guidance.Supporting revenue growth through strong organisation and follow-through.Coordinating Bookings with PrecisionManaging deposits, contracts and payment processes accurately.Maintaining up-to-date and reliable reservation records across systems.Ensuring event briefs are detailed and clearly communicated to operational teams.Guest CommunicationResponding to enquiries with warmth and clarity.Providing knowledgeable guidance on menus, spaces and event formats.Supporting the guest journey from first contact through to final confirmation.Cross-Group SupportWorking across three distinct venues, learning their individual character and event offer.Supporting smooth internal communication between sales and operations.Assisting with pre- and post-event administration and reporting.What We're Looking ForExperienceYou may already have worked in reservations, events, reception, or a similar administrative role, OR be ready to step into your first dedicated sales position.Highly OrganisedYou enjoy structure, detail and keeping multiple timelines on track.Commercially CuriousYou're interested in understanding how bookings translate into business performance.Clear & Professional CommunicatorConfident in written communication and comfortable speaking with guests and internal teams.Eager to DevelopThis role is a stepping stone, we're looking for someone who wants to grow within a sales & events career pathway.What You'll GainExposure to multi-site hospitality salesStructured development within a growing Sales & Events functionDirect mentorship from experienced Sales & Events Managers and our Head of SalesA clear pathway to progress within the teamThe PerksGroup dining discounts across our venuesStaff meals & refreshments during shiftsAccess to Stream for financial flexibilityExtra holiday; earn an additional day per year after your first year, up to 5 yearsJoin UsIf you're excited by the detail behind great events, want to build a career in hospitality sales, and are ready to support a high-performing team across multiple venues, we'd love to hear from you.
