Hanson Zandi is currently hiring a fully remote Senior Account Manager to join our enthusiastic team. Working under the supervision of the Account Director, the Account Manager holds the responsibility of ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of profitable business, while maintaining an excellent level of service for our clients. This role is currently fully remote, though a candidate within commuting distance of Windsor is preferred, for team meet ups.Key ResponsibilitiesOperating as the day-to-day client contactManaging client accounts (estimating, invoicing, project management, budget-tracking, client interactions, proof and quality checking, timeline management)Responding to client requests in a timely and effective mannerBuilding strong relationships with clientsShared responsibility for new businessExperienceAt least 2 years' account handling experience at a healthcare communications agencyExperience working with Veeva PromoMatsLife sciences degreeSkillsAbility to prioritise, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environmentGood interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood financial managementValid UK driving licenseCompany DescriptionHanson Zandi is a creative and digital healthcare communications agency.
