This role is responsible for identifying, developing and executing compliant business partnerships that enable high-quality patient care while delivering a compelling value proposition for private healthcare providers. Employees are empowered to make a meaningful impact on patient care while working within a supportive, inclusive and performance-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMap and assess private healthcare business opportunities within the neuroscience landscapeDevelop and execute strategic plans to maximise identified business opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with a defined group of key private healthcare stakeholdersEnsure patient and healthcare professional access to product offerings through compliant engagementEstablish meaningful, compliant partnerships that support holistic patient careTrack, analyse, and report clear and accurate performance data to inform business planning and resource allocationLead and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver national objectivesPartner closely with Consumer Experience teams to deploy solutions across B2B channelsCollaborate with Neuroscience Account Managers to strengthen understanding of private providers and brand strategyCommunicate data-driven insights and value propositions to support product access and adoptionMonitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risksRequirementsDemonstrated experience in Key Account Management and/or Business-to-Business roles (healthcare preferred)Experience working with private healthcare providers; Private Medical Insurance experience is advantageousStrong commercial acumen with the ability to drive measurable, auditable business growthEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunitiesExcellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work autonomously in a remote, national role with frequent in-person engagementHigh level of integrity with a clear commitment to ethical and compliant conduct
