This role is designed for a proven 360 recruiter (3–8 years' experience) who believes in building something long term, someone who has already built their own desk and now wants the autonomy, financial upside, and future equity that matches their ambition. You may come from Law, IT, Energy, Hospitality, or any specialist vertical. What matters is your track record of business development, billing success, and belief in growing a sustainable revenue stream. This is not a KPI-heavy environment. We trust experienced recruiters to run their desk like a business.What You'll Be DoingBuild and grow your own specialist desk within your chosen marketGenerate new business through consistent, strategic business development activityManage the full 360 recruitment cycleEstablish yourself as a market specialist within your verticalDevelop a visible, trackable P&L for your deskScale your desk into a team once revenue milestones are achievedHire and manage your own team with autonomy and supportYou'll start by building your own revenue stream.
