UK (Remote) | £80,000 Base + Uncapped CommissionThis is not an account management role.It's for a seller who knows how to win Managed SOC and recurring security services into Public Sector environments and is comfortable being measured on new revenue.I'm working with a UK-based cyber security services provider investing heavily in its Public Sector sales function ahead of the new financial year. They need a genuine hunter who can build pipeline, open doors, and close meaningful recurring contracts.The RoleHybrid structure: 4–5 existing public sector accounts on entryClear expectation that the majority of your focus is net-newAssigned sub-vertical within Public SectorFull sales cycle ownershipLean team, no heavy SDR machine, senior IC mentality requiredThis is a fast-paced environment. Initiative and activity matter. You'll be trusted to research your market, shape the message, and create opportunity.What Success Looks LikeYou've sold Managed SOC / MDR / MSS services beforeYou've closed meaningful recurring revenue dealsYou understand public sector procurement cyclesYou're comfortable engaging senior stakeholdersYou don't wait for leadsDefence, OT or experience selling via systems integrators into government is a strong advantage.Commercials£80,000 baseUncapped commissionAnnual target around £1m first-year revenueHigh performers will earn very well.
