We're looking for a Shift Electrical Engineer who will maintain plant and equipment, ensure compliance, and deliver high‐quality service within a fast‐paced environment.Role Responsibilities:Maintain plant and equipment associated with the building's mechanical and electrical systems.Complete both planned and reactive works efficiently and in line with contract and legal requirements.Deliver a high‐quality service and uphold strong safety standards.Manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks appropriately.Complete all documentation accurately and on time.Adhere to all policies, procedures and Health & Safety requirements.Participate fully in training and appraisal activities.Undertake additional duties within capability as required.Work within the 4 on 4 off shift rotation.Required Qualifications:Qualified engineering background – C&G 2392 or equivalent technical qualification.Proactive, self‐motivated approach with strong safety awareness.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good IT skills with understanding of CAFM systems.Challenging and inquisitive mindset.What's in it for you?Work within a structured shift pattern offering work‐life balance.Opportunity to develop technical skills within a large FM organisation.Be part of a supportive engineering team with ongoing training.Regular exposure to varied mechanical and electrical systems.There's a place for you at Mitie, join us today!
