After Sales Supervisor – Construction PlantPackage: Competitive + Company VehicleLocation: BedfordshireIndustry: Construction Plant / Heavy EquipmentThe BusinessA well-established construction plant operation is looking to appoint an After Sales Supervisor to support a busy field service division.The business operates a sizeable engineering team and requires a technically credible supervisor who can support engineers day to day while maintaining operational standards across the department.The RoleThis position sits between the field engineering team and senior management, ensuring engineers are properly supported, workloads are coordinated and service standards are maintained.This is not a purely administrative role.
