Enterprise Sales ManagerLocation: UK. Field-based with national coverageEmployment type: Permanent, full timeAbout the opportunityRecann is supporting a technology organisation expanding its presence in the UK enterprise market, delivering platform-led solutions across surveillance, storage, and data protection. As organisations transition away from complex legacy infrastructure, demand is increasing across public sector, retail, logistics, and enterprise environments.To support continued growth, the business is investing in its direct enterprise sales capability and is seeking experienced sales professionals to support this expansion.The roleYou will be responsible for generating new enterprise revenue through direct engagement with mid-market and enterprise customers across the UK.This is a field-based role with responsibility for managing complex sales cycles end to end. Solution delivery is fulfilled through authorised partners, however you will retain ownership of the customer relationship, sales strategy, and deal closure.This role focuses on direct enterprise sales and does not involve partner or channel management.Key responsibilitiesDeliver against a multi-million-pound annual sales quotaBuild and manage a qualified pipeline of approximately 3 to 5 times quotaLead customer discovery and solution positioningEngage senior stakeholders and decision makersManage complex sales cycles from initial engagement to contract closeMaintain accurate forecasting and CRM recordsMarket focusCustomer segmentsUK public sector including Police, NHS, Local Government, and HE or FERetail and logistics organisationsUK headquartered enterprise and upper mid-market businessesSolution areasEnterprise surveillance platformsHigh availability enterprise storageData protection and backup solutionsCandidate profileDemonstrable experience selling complex B2B enterprise technology solutionsProven track record in new business development and quota achievementExperience managing direct sales alongside indirect fulfilment partnersConsultative sales approach with the ability to engage at executive levelCompensation and benefitsCompetitive base salary.
