New Business Sales Manager – iGaming, Casino & Sports Bettingup to £60,000 basic + £60,000 OTE (uncapped)Remote / Hybrid | Global remitA high-growth international payments business is expanding its iGaming, Casino and Sports Betting division and is hiring a proven new business sales professional to win and onboard high-value merchants.This is a pure hunter role — opening doors, building relationships, and closing payment partnerships across one of the most commercially rewarding sectors in fintech.You'll be selling regulated payment solutions to operators, platforms, PSPs, affiliates and gateways, helping them improve payment performance, acceptance rates, and global reach.This role offers genuine £120k+ earning potential and the opportunity to play a key part in scaling a fast-growing international business.Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager with a proven track record selling payment solutions into the iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, forex, CFD, and other high-risk verticals.This role is focused on acquiring and scaling relationships with high-risk merchants, particularly within the iGaming and gambling ecosystem, driving revenue growth through digital wallets, card acquiring, alternative payment methods (APMs), and withdrawal solutions.The ideal candidate has direct experience working within a PSP, fintech, acquirer, or high-risk payments provider and understands the commercial, compliance, and operational nuances of onboarding and scaling regulated and grey-market gambling operators.Core ResponsibilitiesMerchant Acquisition – iGaming & Gambling FocusIdentify, target, and close iGaming operators, online casinos, sportsbooks, and gambling platformsDrive new business within high-risk verticals including:iGaming & Online CasinoSports BettingForex & CFD TradingCrypto ExchangesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through negotiation and contract executionBuild tailored, multi-jurisdiction payment propositions based on:Merchant risk profileRegulatory landscapeGeographic footprintPlayer acquisition modelHigh-Risk Payments ExpertiseSell and structure payment solutions including:Digital walletsCard acquiring (Visa / Mastercard)Alternative payment methods (local APMs)Payout & withdrawal solutionsStructure commercial models including pricing, rolling reserves, commissions, and risk-based fee structuresWork closely with Risk, Compliance, AML, KYC/KYB, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth integrationNavigate high-risk underwriting processes and complex onboarding requirementsRelationship & Revenue GrowthAct as the primary commercial point of contact for VIP merchants and strategic partnersDevelop long-term C-level relationships (CEO, Head of Payments, COO, Compliance)Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across regions and productsBuild and expand referral and partner networks (aggregators, payment orchestrators, consultants, affiliate networks)Industry Engagement & Market LeadershipMaintain deep knowledge of the iGaming and gambling payments ecosystemUnderstand licensing structures (UKGC, MGA, Curacao, etc.)Represent the business at:iGaming exposForex exposFintech conferencesProvide strategic feedback to product and leadership teams on market trends and competitive positioningKey Performance IndicatorsNumber of new iGaming / gambling merchants onboardedRevenue contribution from high-risk verticalsPipeline growth and conversion ratesVIP merchant retention and expansionPartner network growthRequired ExperienceEssential3+ years B2B sales experience within:PSP / Payments / Fintech / AcquiringProven experience selling into:iGamingOnline casinoGambling / betting operatorsForex / CFD / high-risk merchantsDemonstrated success closing high-value, multi-jurisdiction merchant dealsFull sales cycle ownershipExperience negotiating commercial terms in high-risk environmentsStrong understanding of:AML / KYC / KYB processesHigh-risk underwritingCross-border payment flowsHighly DesirableExisting network within iGaming or gambling operatorsExperience managing VIP merchantsBackground in both merchant acquisition and account managementExperience contributing significant % of team revenueMultilingual (EU / CIS languages advantageous)Profile We're Looking ForHighly independent revenue driverComfortable building and scaling a vertical from scratchStrong commercial negotiatorConsultative and solution-led sellerThrives in fast-paced, performance-driven environmentsComfortable representing the business internationallyPackage & Opportunity£60,000 basic salary£60,000 uncapped commission (OTE £120k+)Significant earnings potential beyond OTERemote / flexible workingInternational market exposureClear progression as the business scales
