Account Manager – Print, POS, Direct MailLocation: West MidlandsSalary: Circa £35,000We're looking for a proactive Account Manager who has a strong background in the printing industry. Acting as the key interface between clients and internal teams, you will translate client objectives into clear, workable briefs and ensure delivery to the highest standards across quality, timelines, brand execution and commercial performance.This role suits someone who is confident making decisions, anticipates issues before they arise and uses their own initiative to drive solutions, improvements and growth across their accounts.You Key Responsibilities Will Include:Take full ownership of allocated client accounts, acting as the main point of contactResolving problems quickly and effectivelyTranslate client objectives into clear, actionable briefs for internal teamsManage the end-to-end delivery of projects from concept to completion, ensuring contractual SLAs are metBuild strong, trusted relationships with client and internal teamsUnderstand account contracts and financials, ensuring delivery supports margin and revenue targetsSupport the Account Director in driving account development, innovation and continuous improvementIdentify and escalate opportunities for additional revenue, margin improvement and cost savingsProactively present new ideas, innovations and efficiencies to clients and agency partnersMaintain accurate account documentationOptimise supply chain activity through best practice and effective use of internal resourcesWhat You'll Need:Minimum 2 years' experience in print manufacturing or print managementProven experience in an Account Management roleDemonstrated ability to solve problems independently and make sound decisionsHighly proactiveComfortable working at pace in a demanding, deadline-driven environmentStrong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for growth within clientsConfident communicator with clients, colleagues and senior stakeholdersHighly organised with strong planning and administrative skillsSelf-motivated, resilient and solutions-focusedPersonal AttributesProfessional, presentable and represents the company brand positivelyStrong interpersonal skills and a team-player mindsetCalm, confident and resilient under pressureIf you're looking for a company that looks after its staff, a great management team and one that hs grown year on year - Apply Now!Ref: 1647258
