What began as a small, family run business has grown into an award winning, CQC Outstanding rated provider x3 in a row, but we've never lost the belief that care should feel personal.This role is about being the first calm, confident voice a family hears, but it's also about recognizing opportunities to help more people and growing the support we provide across Hertfordshire.We are looking for someone who understands that ethical growth in care is about listening properly, responding quickly, and ensuring no family goes unsupported when we could help.The Purpose of the RoleYour focus will be to increase weekly delivered care hours by:Converting referrals into active packages of careReducing the time, it takes to safely implement new supportBuilding strong relationships with social workers, health professionals and private clientsWorking closely with coordination and recruitment to maximise capacityThe more care we deliver, the more families we can support and your performance will directly influence that growth.With uncapped commission, your earning potential reflects the impact you make.What You'll Receive£25,000–£29,000 basic salaryUncapped commission structureOn average £5,000–£15,000 additional earnings per year (with no cap)Progression opportunities within a growing organizationSupportive leadership and open door cultureA positive office environment (including the office dog and occasional puppies)What You'll Be DoingManaging and responding promptly to all incoming referralsTracking enquiries and improving conversion ratesDesigning person-centered care packagesConfidently discussing options with private clientsBuilding ongoing relationships with commissioners and healthcare professionalsMaking proactive outbound calls to follow up enquiriesWorking alongside marketing and recruitment to support sustainable growthThis is a fast paced, target driven role in a competitive market, ideal for someone who enjoys performance, momentum and seeing measurable results.Who We're Looking ForWe're seeking someone who is:A natural communicator with a warm but confident telephone mannerCommercially aware and comfortable discussing services and valueTarget-driven and motivated by resultsOrganised and able to manage competing prioritiesPassionate about high-quality, person-centered careA driver with access to their own vehicleCare coordination or care sector experience is beneficial, but mindset is most important, someone who can balance compassion with confidence and have the ability to sell Abbots care as the number one provider.On-CallThis role includes participation in the on call rota (weekdays, weekends and bank holidays on rotation, including alternate weekends).
