It's a full-time post but we could look at it being a part-time post for the right candidate.Because it's a new role it will evolve and become busier over time. This is ideal for someone who has 2 years domiciliary care management experience - so experience of overseeing multiple packages/hours would be really helpful.You will need to be a driver (non-Negotiable).The client is a well established Kettering based Care provider.PERSON SPECIFICATIONAt least 3 years recent experience of working in a domiciliary care management position at management level.Experienced in Working in partnership with other professionals e.g. health, local authority, CQC.Ideally have an NVQ Level 4 (Level 3 is essential).TPBN1_UKTJ
