You will report into the Deputy Manager, splitting your time between hands-on support and leadership/administrative tasks to ensure our service runs smoothly. This is a varied and rewarding role with plenty of opportunity to make an impact.About the people youll be supporting: Youll work across four different support packages, each for an individual with learning disabilities and/or autism. Each person has unique needs, preferences, and routines. Some enjoy active community days out, others prefer quieter home-based activities.Your role will be to help them live safe, happy, and meaningful lives, whilst ensuring their care is consistent, person-centred, and of the highest quality.Where youll be working: Youll be working across Shaftesbury, Gillingham, and Sturminster Newton, spending time in peoples homes, and out in the community.This is a full-time role where your week will be split between providing direct support on shift and also completing leadership and administrative tasks.
