The role is focused on delivery of planned preventative maintenance along with additional works, reactive fault finding, repairs, and fabric maintenance of the building. You will support and participate in an on-call rota which is operated from within the site-based team. Occasional overtime may be requested.The Mechanical Maintenance Technician will work within a team and contribute at both an individual and team level to provide exceptional services and levels of compliance to our client and customers. The ability to develop good working relationships with our client, customers, and colleagues with interaction on a professional level being a key requirement for this position.?Skills & Experience:NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar recognised qualificationFormal Plumbing qualifications, such as NVQ levelKnowledge of Building ServicesMaintenance and Cleaning of FCUsWater Testing (L8), Fire Alarm testing and general fabric, handyperson tasksWorking on and managing PPMS from CAFM systemFull UK Driving license?Well provide you with full training on specialist items once you start and make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job. You will already have experience of working in a similar front of house environment within the Facilities Management industry.Well make sure that you have everything you need to do a great job.
