Are you a fully qualified HGV Fitter, HGV Mechanic, HGV Technician living in the Felixstowe area?Monday to Friday, Permanent, Full-time role, 40 hours per week, 7:00am 3:30pm shiftSalary up to £45,000p/a (plus overtime)If so, read onThis is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, 7:00am 3:30pm. Saturdays as required subject to the business needs, paid as overtimeYoull receive 25 days holiday per annum, rising to a maximum of 30 days as a result of length of service. Youll also have a training program tailored to you, giving you the opportunity to obtain your IRTEC and more. Healthcare cash back scheme and an employer contribution on pension to 5%In return, the HGV Technician role:Youll be working for a main dealer in a warm and busy environment completing service, maintenance and repairs to HGV tractor units to manufacture agreed timescales. These are sensible time frames, not those picked from thin air.The type of work you can expect to be carrying out includes (but is not limited to)Routine (and preventative) maintenanceMOT preparationScheduled servicing to DVSA standards6 (or 8) weekly inspectionsCorrection of running defectsRequirements:Ideally you will be fully qualified (City & Guilds), NVQ or equivalent.Full, clean driving licenceSome knowledge of Operating licences will be beneficial but not essential.Position Recap:HGV Technician VacancyLocation: Felixstowe areaMonday to Friday.
