Service Advisor Commercial VehiclesSalary: £28,000 £32,000 basic + bonus up to £4,000 (OTE £36,000)Hours: 44.5 hours per week (including 1 in 3 Saturday mornings)A well-established commercial vehicle dealership in Bicester is looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor to join a busy and professional service team.Youll be the main point of contact between customers and the workshop, playing a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting workshop efficiency and profitability. This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.The Role:Manage customer bookings from arrival to completionPrepare job cards and capture all vehicle and repair requirementsProvide regular progress updates to customersGain authorisation for work and upsell repairs professionallyManage WIP, workshop loading, and invoicingHandle phone, face-to-face, and walk-in customer enquiriesMaintain accurate service and vehicle recordsWorking Hours:Monday to Friday rotating shifts:7:00am4:00pm / 8:00am5:00pm / 9:00am6:00pm30-minute unpaid break1 in 3 Saturday mornings (8:00am12:00pm)The Ideal Candidate:Previous automotive Service Advisor experience (VAG preferred)Strong customer service and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisationComfortable working in a busy commercial environmentExperience with HGV or Light Commercial vehicles is advantageousWhats on Offer:Competitive salary + bonus scheme30 days annual leave including Bank HolidaysManufacturer training and career progressionPension scheme and additional benefitsFriendly, supportive, family-run business environmentTPBN1_UKTJ
