What You'll Be DoingAs Maintenance Manager at Kiveton you will report directly to the Engineering Controller. Our team at Kiveton has a wide range of backgrounds and skills, and we are ideally looking for someone from a multiskilled background with an electrical bias. Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:Designing and executing the maintenance schedule to maximise asset availabilityProviding leadership and direction to ensure that colleagues are kept safe, engaged, focused, developed and delivering their potentialMaintaining the planned preventive maintenance systems to enable proactive maintenance whilst balancing riskMonitoring departmental key performance indicators, aligning activity to ensure targets are achievedApplying an appropriate asset management maintenance strategy to optimise asset performance through the life cycleDeveloping a culture of continuous improvement within the engineering department What We're Looking ForAt Greencore we put our people at the core. Together we make every day taste better.As Maintenance Manager, you will ideally have:Experience of operating at engineering management level within a food manufacturing environment or FMCGProject management skills and an understanding of budgetary managementExperience and understanding of Microsoft and computerised maintenance management systemOSH certified with a food hygiene accreditationExperience of leading a diverse workforceExperience of contributing to a multi-functional operational management teamExperienced in report writingIdeally qualified to an Engineering HNC level or equivalent industrial experienceMaintenance management expertise (FMGCA, RCM, Tribology, CBH)If this sounds like you, join us and grow with Greencore, and be a part of driving our future success.
