Class 1 HIAB Driver Required in Telford - PERMANENT ROLEPure Staff have a fantastic permanent opportunity for a qualified Class 1 HIAB Driver in Telford.Pure Staff specialise in the recruitment of HGV drivers for the logistics distribution and supply chain industry and have clients based all over England, Wales and Scotland.Our Client specialise in the construction and civil engineering sector and are one of the largest in the UK working with local councils as well as on private projects and they are looking for a Class 1 HIAB Driver to join there current fleet of drivers.Pay rate for the Class 1 HIAB Driver;£44,128.28 (approximately) per annumThe shift pattern for this position is Monday to Friday start times are between 6/7am and usual finish at 1700.Job Specifications:Operating HGV vehicles fitted with crane and hook loaderSafe loading, unloading, and transportation of plant machinery and materialsWorking closely with site teams and transport plannersEnsuring all deliveries comply with health 'safety regulationsAverage shift is 8-10 hoursDaily Vehicle checks.A professional manner when dealing with the end customer.Always wearing the correct PPE whilst working (safety Boots and Hi-Vis).The ideal candidate:HGV Class 1 or Class 2 Licence, Class 1 would be an advtantagea Valid Digital tacho card.a Valid CPC.Lorry Loader crane certificate, preferably with a minimum 2 years' experienceHook loader experience would be an advantageLoad binding and load security experienceConstruction site experience preferredGood knowledge of the road networksReliable, professional, and safety-focused attitudeClean Driving Licence with no more than 6 points (No TT TS MS DR DD codes)While working with Pure Staff, you're employed and paid directly by us - no umbrella companies, no processing fees, no outsourced payroll - just simple PAYE with accurate, on-time payslips directly from our experienced in-house payroll team.
