A well-established and growing engineering consultancy is looking to recruit an experiencedInfrastructure Design Engineerto join its multidisciplinary team in Exeter. The business has a strong track record in delivering civil and structural engineering solutions across a wide range of residential and commercial development projects throughout the UK.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineer seeking long-term career development within a stable and supportive environment.The RoleReporting to senior management, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of infrastructure schemes including highways, drainage and sustainable drainage systems. You will contribute across the full project lifecycle from concept through to construction collaborating with clients, local authorities and design teams.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce infrastructure designs using AutoCAD 2D/3D and Site 3D (or similar software)Prepare drainage strategies, SuDS designs and flood risk assessmentsSupport Section agreements (S104, S106, S278)Design highways and prepare submissions for adoptionLiaise with clients, authorities and multidisciplinary teamsManage project programmes and technical deliveryMentor junior staff and techniciansCandidate ProfileExperience in infrastructure design within residential and/or commercial developmentProficiency in AutoCAD and Site 3D (or equivalent)Experience delivering projects from planning to constructionStrong organisational and time management skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approach to workComfortable taking ownership of projectsWhats on OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Company pension schemeHealth and life insuranceFlexible working optionsSupportive team cultureModern office in a central, well-connected locationGenuine career progression opportunitiesTPBN1_UKTJ
