With a growing pipeline and a backlog of pricing work, they're looking to bring an experienced Estimator on board as soon as possibleAs the company continues to scale, they are seeking an Estimator who can hit the ground running and support their internal team by taking ownership of the pricing process.As the Estimator you will be responsible for:Pricing high-end domestic extensions, refurbishments, and commercial projectsPreparing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissionsReviewing drawings, project specifications, and client requirementsLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotationsSupporting senior staff with pricing strategy to maintain a healthy pipelinePrioritising multiple tenders to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience in infrastructure or civils would be a bonus, but not essential You'll thrive in the Estimator role if you have:Demonstrable experience as an Estimator in construction (domestic, commercial, or both)Strong knowledge of materials, labour, and current market ratesAbility to work independently and produce accurate costingsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsExperience with civils/infrastructure is advantageous but not requiredBenefits of the Estimator position includes:Temp-to-perm opportunity, leading to a secure full-time roleCompetitive hourly rate reflective of UK market normsThe chance to shape pricing processes during a critical growth phaseJoin a supportive, forward-thinking, and busy construction teamIf you believe you are well suited to the role of Estimator, please click apply now.
