Our electronics manufacturing client is continuing to grow and is now looking for anElectronics Team Leadto support their expanding operation.This role is ideal for someone with a strong hands-on electronics background who hassome supervisory experienceand is ready to take the next step in their leadership journey. Youll be supported by experienced managers, with clear opportunities to develop into a more senior role.The ideal candidate will have:Strong electronics or PCB assembly experience (essential)Basic supervisory, team-leading or mentoring experienceA positive, proactive approach and willingness to developGood communication skills and the confidence to lead by exampleAn understanding of manufacturing processes within an electronics environmentKey responsibilities:Support and oversee day-to-day production activitiesAllocate work, guide team members and maintain workflowAssist in coaching and developing junior staffEnsure quality standards and procedures are maintainedHelp monitor production output and highlight areas for improvementContribute to continuous improvement initiativesSalary:£35,000£45,000 p/aHours:MondayFriday, 07:3016:00Job type:PermanentThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid electronics experience who is ready to grow their career in production management.
