Registered Manager Domiciliary CareLocation:Woking, SurreySalary:£40,000 £42,000 per annum+ £150 per on-callHours:Monday to Friday, 9am5pm (Full Time)Driving Licence:RequiredWe are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager to lead a growing domiciliary care service supporting over 40 private clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a service that is expanding rapidly, with real potential for career progression as the branch continues to grow.The RoleAs Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement. You will be supported by an established Deputy Manager and a dedicated office and care team.Key responsibilities include:Leading, motivating, and developing the care and office teamsEnsuring compliance with CQC regulations and preparing the service for inspectionPromoting a positive, open, and inclusive workplace cultureOverseeing recruitment, supervision, and staff developmentBuilding strong relationships with carers, clients, and stakeholdersMaintaining high standards of care delivery and safeguardingSupporting the on-call rota approximately once per week (£150 per on-call)About YouEssential:Experience within domiciliary careManagement or supervisory experienceLevel 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)Full UK driving licenceStrong knowledge of CQC regulationsDesirable:Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social CareExperience leading a service through CQC inspectionBudget management experienceWhats on Offer£40,000 £42,000 salaryMonday to Friday working hoursOn-call support approximately once per week (£150 per on-call)Bonuses based on CQC inspection outcomes once the service is ratedOpportunity for career progression as the branch continues to growWork with a supportive leadership team and established Deputy ManagerJoin a fast-growing branch working exclusively with private clientsStart date:Ideally before2nd MarchTPBN1_UKTJ
