Be part of one of the UKs top 10 Great Places to Work!You havePassion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing settingLevel 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it)Experience assessing referrals and coordinating supportThe ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approachYou need an Enhanced with barring list (we pay for it)A vehicle insured for business use (and a license!), well pay for any business mileageStronger togetherWe do our best work when were ourselves. Office cover on a rota basis, no sleep ins. We dont work Bank Holidays.After your probationary period you will have the opportunity to become an out of hours On-Call responder (paid at £50 for the first hour or part of the hour then at your usual rate of pay should the call out take longer).Flexible working hours (or were open to agreeing a work pattern with you)Where were flexible with you, we do need to meet the needs of our customers.
