Loft / Insulation Installers Required Up to £40,000 + OvertimePrimary Areas: Berkshire & North Hampshire (Reading, Bracknell, Slough and surrounding locations)Were recruiting experienced Loft & Insulation Installers to join our expanding delivery team working on fast-paced social housing projects across SHDF and ECO programmes. This is long-term, secure work with a strong pipeline and clear forward planning.Our projects focus on energy efficiency and retrofit improvements within occupied social housing properties. Work includes loft insulation upgrades, internal wall insulation (IWI), external wall insulation (EWI), ventilation improvements (including trickle vents), and associated remedial works delivered alongside solar PV and electrical upgrades.We pride ourselves on high standards of workmanship, professionalism, and delivering projects that make a real impact for residents and local communities.What We OfferSalary up to £40,000 per year, plus overtimeCompany van fully equipped and GPS trackedTools & uniform provided40-hour working week (site-based)Travel time paid first hour each way included, anything beyond paid at overtime ratesLong-term secured pipeline of work (3+ years)The RoleYou will be carrying out insulation installations in occupied social housing properties as part of large-scale retrofit and energy efficiency programmes.Typical works include:Installing and upgrading loft insulation to current standardsInternal Wall Insulation (IWI) installationsExternal Wall Insulation (EWI) systems (experience desirable)Loft boarding and associated carpentry works (where required)Ventilation improvements including trickle ventsMinor remedial and making-good worksEnsuring all installations meet quality, safety, and programme requirementsExperience in IWI and EWI would be highly advantageous, although strong loft insulation experience with willingness to upskill will also be considered.This role suits installers who are comfortable working in occupied homes, maintaining high standards of customer service while working efficiently to programme.Current & Upcoming WorkOngoing SHDF and ECO projects across Reading, Bracknell, Slough, and wider Berkshire & North Hampshire, with secured work for the next 3+ years.We aim to keep installers working close to home wherever possible, reducing unnecessary travel and supporting a healthy work-life balance.Apply NowIf youre an experienced insulation installer looking for steady work, strong earning potential (up to £40k + overtime), and long-term social housing projects in your local area, wed like to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
