Junior QS Warrenpoint 30k An industry leading company has secured an exciting new contract in the South Down area and are now looking to recruit a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Key responsibilities; Assist with the delivery of major contracts and interpretation of client requirements. Assist senior QS with management of client relationship 'service delivery. Accurate site measurements and drawing/taking off plans. Preparation of quotations for client based on site measure 'schedule of rates Project management of schemes that receive approval. Programming of project resources. Maintain cost control of live projects. Assist management of directly employed trades.
