This role would suit an experienced Quality Manager seeking a fresh challenge within a technically complex, quality-driven environment, where continuous improvement, compliance and operational excellence are central to success.What we need from you as a Quality Manager:Proven experience in Quality Management within a manufacturing or engineering environmentStrong analytical ability with a structured approach to problem solvingSound understanding of Aerospace Quality standards and regulatory requirementsInternal or Lead Auditor qualification in ISO 9001 and/or AS 9100Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop teamsExcellent communication skills, with confidence engaging directly with customersA proactive mindset with a strong commitment to Lean principles and continuous improvementAbility to multi-task, prioritise and remain organised in a fast-paced environmentCompetent in Microsoft Office packages and experience of SAP or similar systemsWhat this role involves:Provide functional and disciplinary leadership to assigned employeesEnsure budgetary and operational targets are achieved within your areaWork with HR to develop, implement and support employee training plansPlan, manage and document internal and external audits in line with accreditationsSupport certification, customer and group audits as requiredDrive and monitor agreed quality and business improvement actionsCreate, review, and maintain QMS documentation, including processes and work instructionsSupport the preparation of project-related quality documentationCo-ordinate and document quality control meetings as requiredManage the complaint handling processActively contribute to continuous business improvement initiativesSupport customer visits and build effective working relationshipsDevelop and monitor process performance indicatorsMake balanced decisions on cost, quality, and risk to meet business objectivesWhere required, halt production to mitigate risk and cost, applying problem-solving skillsStarting Salary: £45,000K per year, depending on experience.Hours: Working 37.5 hours per week Monday Friday (Monday Thursday 8am 5pm).
