There is also the opportunity to benefit from a generous salary and benefits packageEssential Requirements:The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role with:Extensive experience as a Commercial Heating Service Manager / EngineerRelevant Commercial Heating & Gas QualificationsCurrent CSCS Skill CardExtensive experience working in the Commercial Heating & Boiler industryExcellent IT software skills in reporting and analysis. (Big Change software experience would be desirable).Clean, full driving licenseDuties Within the Role:Leading the companys service team under the guidance of the Managing DirectorWork with Operations team and manage 4/5 Commercial Gas Service Engineers (To be expanded with business development)People Manage the Commercial Gas EnginnersCo-ordinate daily engineer activities: PPMs, remedial works and call-outsTechnical support for engineers and coordinatorsPrice remedial worksGenerate work from existing client database as well as developing new customer base.Maintaining & adhering to any client proceduresMaintaining professional relationships with clients at all timesEnforcing & adhering to policies & procedures without exceptionEnforcing & adhering to governing regulations without exceptionRequired Knowledge & Experience:Relevant Commercial Gas QualificationsCurrent CSCS Skill CardExtensive experience as a Commercial Gas Service Manager/EngineerPeople management experienceClean full UK driving licenceSalary & Package:£50,000 Per AnnumCar Allowance - £5kPotential BonusPension - 3% Company contribution and 5% employee.25 Days Holiday & 8 Bank HolidaysAdditional Benefits:Christmas shutdown (additional 3 days leave)Private medical cash planIf you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply for this position.
