This is strictly a temp to perm role for the right person.You can apply today and interview tomorrow!What we client is looking for:-A dependable, detail-focused Transport Plannerto join the operations team. This role is essential in keeping transport running smoothly, ensuring accurate administration and clear communication between drivers, planners, the team and customers. Our client would be happy with someone completely new to transport as long as you have transferrable skills.Schedule:-Days/Hours Monday to Friday working 8am until 4.30pmRate of Pay:- Salary dependant on experience (starting at £25.5k - £27.5k)Key Responsibilities:Processing and updating transport paperwork, delivery notesMonitoring vehicle movements and supporting transport operationsCommunicating with driversregardingroutes, delays, and instructionsUpdating transport management systems (TMS) accurately and in real timeHandling customer and internal queries professionallyReporting issues such as delays, shortages, or vehicle problems to the Transport ManagerEnsuring compliance with company procedures, driver hours, and transport legislationGeneral administrative duties to support the transport and planning teamsRequirements:Strong attention to detailProactive and methodical thought processAbility to problem solve and solution drivenPrevious admin experience essential A desire to have a career rather than a job!What We Offer:Competitive pay rates (PAYE).Temp-to-perm opportunity.Supportive and friendly working environment.Official Start date:20th February 2026Register today, interview today, maybe even start tomorrow?How to Apply: If youre interested in this role, please apply now.
