Senior National Account ManagerPrivate Label Food | South Wales 1 day per weekA major European food group is looking to appoint a Senior National Account Manager into its UK division, based around a well invested South Wales manufacturing site.The business produces high quality chilled and frozen private label products for leading UK retailers, combining strong NPD capability with category insight and collaborative retail partnerships. The UK team operates with real autonomy while benefiting from the backing of a larger international group.The RoleYou’ll take ownership of a portfolio of major grocery accounts, likely to include M&S, Waitrose and Sainsbury’s, leading joint business plans, commercial negotiations and NPD launches.This is a high-visibility role where you’ll work closely with the South Wales site and cross-functional teams to drive customer growth and long-term strategy.What We’re Looking ForNational Account Manager or Senior NAM experienceUK grocery retail exposurePrivate label food backgroundStrong commercial and relationship-building skillsComfortable being visible on site in South Wales weeklyPackageUp to £65,000 salary20% bonus£5,400 car allowance / Company car8% pension33 days holidayHome-based with regular travel to customers and weekly presence at the South Wales manufacturing site.For a confidential discussion, contact:Aidan Goodall01943 667280
