You can read Jacks blog via the linkhere!What will you be doing?Ensure Microlise product portfolio is full integrated into our customers assetsTimely visits to customer sites to undertake the installation, servicing and continued support of our product suiteCompleting survey visits and identifying suitable solutionsCompleting QA (quality assurance) visits on Microlise products and peripherals in customer assetsInventory managementResponsible for the upkeep and safety of your vehicle and all provided tools /equipmentLiaise with customers at all levelsProvide support to your peers and contractor resource where requiredEnsure administration is concise, accurate and professionalAdhere to all internal process and proceduresReport on statistical information when requiredWhat are we looking for?Demonstrable experience in a similar role; auto electrics and/or telematicsFull UK Driving LicenceExperience of working to Service Level Agreements and Operational SchedulesUnderstanding of vehicle wiring diagrams and ability to interpret theseEvidence of strong customer service skills with a professional approachGood interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to adjust style to relevant audiencesBe able to work autonomously, solve problems independently and adhere to agreed processesTake pride in what you do ensuring quality and accuracyValid Passport for travelWorking PatternThis is a field based role working remotely on our customer sites. Our Field Engineers work shifts on a rota basis, including weekends, to suit the requirements of our customers.
