You will lead our training agenda, deliver engaging development programmes, maintain full compliance with Group Standards, and provide accurate reporting and data insights to support decision-making.This is a hands-on role where youll balance strategic thinking with operational delivery. Youll need the flexibility towork a variety of shiftsto support the operation and ensure training standards are consistently met across the site.Key Responsibilities :Overseeing and coordinating training across all site shifts, ensuring consistent standardsEnsuring all mandatory training is delivered, tracked and reported in line with internal and external standardsManaging and improving onboarding and induction to provide a great new-starter experiencePartnering with managers to build capability, embed coaching and develop teamsDesigning and delivering engaging, inclusive training programmesLeading, developing and supporting a team of Bakery TrainersThe Ideal CandidateWe believe that success is built upon collaboration and diverse perspectives.
