Are you a reliable night chef looking for steady, well-paid shifts?We're looking for an experienced Night Chef to support a busy contract catering operation in Castle Donington. If you're confident working independently, enjoy a fast-paced kitchen, and want consistent night shifts, this role could be perfect for you.This is a temporary role, which will be covering sickness and holiday cover.?? What you'll be doing:Preparing and cooking dishes to a high standardWorking independently to manage your section efficientlyEnsuring correct storage, rotation and handling of ingredientsKeeping the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standardsSupporting the wider team where needed with a professional, can-do attitude? What we're looking for:Previous experience as a Chef in a similar catering or production environmentLevel 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (within the last 3 years)Own chef whites and knivesAbility to travel to Castle Donington for a 7pm startStrong time management and attention to detailComfortable working nights and independently??
